We make 1st - 3rd birthdays memorable and fun!
Our goal is to make your little one's big day easy, stress free, and FUN! All Gym Rompers birthday parties are private rentals and accommodate a maximum of 38 guests total. Masks are required.
We are located inside a beautiful and spacious old gymnasium which allows you and your guests access to our indoor play space for the duration of the party, as well as the food and seating areas, which are in full sight of our play equipment.
Our parties consist of free play, and guests are invited to have a snack or drink at their leisure. We will cut your cake and sing "Happy Birthday" during the final 30 minutes of your party.

We host birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays.
The time slot options are:
Saturdays 1:00 - 3:00, 1:30 - 3:30, or
2:00 - 4:00
Sundays 10:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00,
1:30-3:30, or 2:00-4:00
A 2 hour party is $350.
We have 3 tables and 24 chairs for your guests, 2 tables for your food and cake, and a table for presents. Please bring 7 tablecloths of your choice for the guest, food and cake tables. Tables are 6 feet long.
You will need to bring your desired cake and easy party food, individually packaged drinks, napkins, plates, cutlery, hand sanitizer and wet wipes. You are welcome to personalize the space with your choice of decor.
Booking your party
A deposit of 1/2 of your party fee ($175) and a signed contract are required at the time of your booking in order to reserve your time and date. The balance ($175) is due no later than a week before your party.
A $100 cash deposit is required day of the party. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the party as long as the terms of the contract are upheld.
Your party includes 12 children with a maximum of 38 adult and child guests total. This is including the host family. We are unable to exceed this limit at this time.
What is NOT allowed? Party planners or decorators are not allowed. Chafing dishes or sternos, confetti, glitter, alcoholic beverages, balloon arches, pixie stix, pinatas, freeze pops, and drinks that are NOT individually packaged. All outside vendors must be approved before party. No balloon animals or face painters, please.
FAQ
When can I arrive?
You can arrive 20/30 minutes before your party start time to set up. You will have a host available to help you set up and decorate. Set up is quick and easy! Upon arrival we will collect your deposit and have you review/ resign your contract.
Are there age restrictions for guests?
Gym Rompers is a play program geared to young children. While we understand that the birthday child will have older siblings, cousins, and friends; we reserve our play space for children under 5. Our goal is to provide a fun and age appropriate party while keeping all of our guests safe and happy. Parents are solely responsible for the safety of their children while attending a Gym Romper's birthday party and will need to sign a liability release upon arrival. When you book a party you are accepting our terms and conditions.
Parking
We have ample street parking.
Accessibility
We have a ramp entrance on Soniat Street.
Music
We have a festive lighted speaker with blue tooth. We use spotify and have fun party playlists. If you have your own playlist on spotify you are welcome to email it to us and we can play it.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund of your deposit, a 30 day cancellation is required.
